Brigadoon Shine On

Brigadoon Shine On Capital Grant seeks to raise $10 million dollars to redevelop and expand the Brigadoon Village facilities to better serve children with medical needs who attend camps each year. The Foundation acknowledges that the mental health component of Brigadoon goes far beyond the Camp BELIEVE program as each individual camp involves its own mental health component with mental wellness being a critical element for children living with the challenges of complex health conditions. Recreation therapy is a kay recovery and resiliency strategy for individuals living with mental health challenges. The Brigadoon Shine On Capital Grant provides a unique opportunity for donors who wish to support the growth of Brigadoon while also acknowledging the mental health benefits the programs offer to children throughout Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada.
