Body Movin’ kicks off on Monday, February 2!

You have two sessions to choose from:
12–1 PM OR 4–5 PM
Zatzman Sportsplex, Victoria Studio
(110 Wyse Rd, Dartmouth)

Join the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia team and Body Movin’ ambassador Karen Furneaux (from 12-1) as we enjoy some light stretching, walk a few laps around the track, and kick off a month of movement!

Door prizes, refreshments, and good company included.

Door prizes per session include:

- 1 10-visit punch pass to Zatzman Sportsplex
- 3 day passes to Zatzman Sportsplex
- 1 $25 gift card
