Now in its third year, “Spinning With the Stars” is an entertaining show where Hali-famous people perform as circus artists. ​Each team is coached by a world-class performer to amaze and entertain the audience with acrobatic feats and theatrics to their choice of music. The evening consists of 10-12 Aerial Theatre performances, a silent auction and awards ceremony, followed by a DJ dance party.

The event is run by inesS™ (Studio In Essence), a fitness centre offering classes and personal training in Pilates and aerial circus training since 2005. The studio offers body-positive, safe, creative and fun paths to physical wellness. Studio in Essence believes physical and mental wellness are connected, and therefore believe in supporting mental health.

​The event takes place in the Schooner Room at Casino Nova Scotia Friday, May 31st, 2019. All proceeds go to the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia to support programs and services for Nova Scotians living with mental illness and addictions.
