Starr's Blog

As a former journalist, I never shy away from the camera. In fact, it's still one of my favourite ways to communicate!

This video blog is designed to circulate behind-the-scenes information on our Foundation events, campaigns and everyday life. It's a fun way for me to stay connected with my former CTV Atlantic viewers while passing along important mental health information at the same time.

I hope you'll become a regular visitor!
