ABOUT THE EVENT

The festive season is a magical time of year. You can see it in the fresh winter snow, hear it in the crackle of a warm fire or taste it in that splendid first sip of hot cocoa. But nothing truly delights the holiday senses like the sights, sounds and tastes of the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia’s Festival of Trees, presented by Compass Group Canada. 

As the Foundation’s largest and longest running signature event, the 19th Annual Festival of Trees features three sparkling events, immersed in the stunning and majestic RBC Forest of Trees. Whether it’s the social celebration of Shannex Holiday Luncheon, the glitz and glam of the Black Tie Gala or the simple quality time of the Homburg Festive Family Brunch, each event offers a unique style and presentation.
 
Since 1991, the Festival of Trees has raised more than $3 million to support research, education and patient care for the 1 in 5 Nova Scotians living with a mental illness.
